Our 2026–27 portfolio has three parts: sustained service that runs year after year, new work started this term, and the fundraising and fellowship that makes both possible.
Main project
Hatıradan Umuda
From Memory to Hope · joint project with Ankara International Rotaract Club
Furniture and household goods that one family no longer needs become the start of another family's home. We collect from donors across Ankara, and we deliver in person.
The families we reach in Mamak are households displaced by the earthquake in the southeast, families caring for a child with a disability, and families under severe financial hardship. Around ten households are in scope for the year.
What has happened so far

How you can help
This project runs all year. Two things move it forward, and neither of them is complicated.
Tell the story
Mention it to friends, family and colleagues. Most of our donors arrived through somebody who simply talked about it.
Donate goods directly
Furniture, household items, electronics, clothes, toys, stationery, books and provisions. We arrange collection.

Two students are supported through their studies today. We are working to add a third this term.

RCAI Concert Series
Our annual concert, continued every year — a fixture in the club's calendar and its public face in Ankara.

Memorial Forest
10,000 saplings planted in memory of those we have lost. A meeting with the General Directorate of Forestry is planned for August 2026.

Fundraising
Two to three fundraising events are in planning for the term. Every lira raised is tied to a named project.

Fellowship
A club that does not enjoy its own company does not last. These are the things that keep us together.
